After your initial consultation with a Transform Personal Trainer, a structured approach to achieving your results is followed.
30 Minute Movement Screen & Testing Session:
We use a series of movement tests to create a bespoke programme that ideal to get you great results quickly.
This will be a combination of stretching, myofascial release and mobility exercises.
You also perform a series of fitness tests so we can measure your general level of fitness. 4 weeks later we will test you again to find out how you are progressing in training.
One-hour Onboarding session:
All our Personal Training and Group Personal Training programmes include an Onboarding session.
We'll discuss your health & fitness goals whilst working out how you will incorporate exercise and healthy eating plans into your busy schedule.
You'll be taken through the Transform PT Membership site so that you can get the best out of it from the start. We show you how it works by educating, inspiring and supporting you to create healthier habits that lead to increased energy and feel-good endorphins.
Every week you'll have an update chat for 15 minutes with a trainer to help you get the best out of the programmes.

With so much information on nutrition, we teach you only what you need to know. Often it's a case of joining the dots with your knowledge to help you overcome challenges like lack of time or ability to cook and prepare healthy food.
We will give you the tools by creating a customised food plan that takes into account any food intolerances and/or allergies. We encourage you to keep an online food diary to share with us and we will help to keep you on track with regular feedback.
