directly linked to Instagram accounts making it easier to build a social network Previously I reported an issue where the watch history did not appear and after the report the feature is now working properly thank you for the quick response It s a place that has the ability to generate a lot of interesting interactions between people who would usually disappear into a void on Twitter X it needs some tweaks but to just want it to replicate another app is not really the point The real time sharing feels fresh and there s a sense of authenticity in the conversations it fosters encouraging more meaningful exchanges over mindless scrolling What I truly admire is the minimalist design there s no overwhelming clutter or unnecessary distractions And if you re planning to download threads completely unaware of the chaos it brings DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT AT ALL I d made really good connections with people in my field and had a really positive experience which is rare on social media nowadays Anyways this app made me lose 75 of hope for human society I enjoy using Threads because it allows me to follow updates and opinions from my favorite individuals or brands in a more relaxed and open way The interface is clean and easy to use similar to Twitter but with a more positive and friendly atmosphere someone existing who happens to be posting on this app But I don t care because this is just simple common sense and it s obviously not right to attack someone on the internet just because they re DIFFERENT than you Apparently I have been doing something against the T Cs but I have no idea what Its intuitive interface makes navigating the app a breeze seamlessly integrating with Instagram to provide a streamlined experience I appealed and that was rejected almost instantly leading to the permanent deletion of my account I ve had Threads since the day it was released I thought it was odd but assumed it was a blanket measure to deal with the increase in users There s probably a few more things but I m liking the direction so far This is just harassment at this point because the person making the post isn t doing any harm and is just existing The process does not work at all and when you go and tap on the create feed button nothing happens or the app jumps back to the main feed with all the random posts that the app shows based on the kind of accounts you follow or reply too The privacy settings are a welcome touch offering control over who sees your posts without sacrificing spontaneity Ultimately Threads strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and functionality creating a space where genuine connections thrive Well today I realised I was wrong when they deleted my account without a reasonable explanation Thank you for continuing to listen to feedback and improving the application This is most frustrating when it comes to being able to create a custom feed Using the app normally like any other platform Except what the hard headed haters were mad about was simply because of their identity or sexuality Threads has quickly become my go to platform for social interaction It s a breath of fresh air in the world of social media If you read this entire review thank you I d like to be able to actually focus on the people I have connected with that I care about And other than that there s literally grown people hating on oh I dunno Really like the clean design lack of apps and ease of finding new people to follow However I noticed that the watch history feature on Threads is still not available even though this feature already exists on Instagram What would make it the perfect app is a following only feed similar to what it on Instagram or even the option to mute suggested posts such as on Instagram a likes column on my profile and the ability to make this visible or hide it currently I can t see anywhere to view posts you ve liked being over Instagram DMs to threads and integrate them allow search for terms not just profiles a trending topics page would be useful ability to click into a profile picture to enlarge it something similar to close friends for sharing more visual customisation of the profile page like a header image or colour choice it s a bit plain atm Several buttons in various features of the app are not labeled so you don t know what you are tapping on it just says button or the features cannot be located or activated Threads is a social media app developed by Meta designed specifically for sharing text thoughts and short form conversations Just don t infolast.ru this app what I ve seen were just endless wars over republicans and democrats I d love to see more accessibility work done but it takes time and this puts the effort into the user it s up to the user to be interesting engaging and entertaining and that s where many fall short just wanting instant feedback and gratification Overall Threads is an interesting platform for anyone who enjoys sharing ideas or keeping up with current topics in a quick and simple manner That s seriously no way to live This app has a chance to be great but I feel very excluded by such simple design oversights I see a lot of people moaning that this isn t Twitter X and that s just the point it s not It s really frustrating that I can t reconnect with these people anymore and can t even find my old list of followers again There are also dangerous creeps on the app and I just recommend you to not download this god awful app at all You have some work to do here Bottom line avoid this app until they ve decided what their community guidelines actually are and how to enforce them A few days ago when more accounts started appearing in droves from Twitter X I started engaging with new users but kept getting restrictions on the number of follows I could perform I m sure what I just said could have easily made someone s blood boil It s an early release of a social platform with a lot of potential I used it as a replacement for the increasingly toxic Twitter X and I was enjoying it for a while And then those dumb ahh hate comments are gonna be like oH iT s aDAm aND EvE nOT AdAm AnD sTEve Like no Susan not everyone in the entire world has the same beliefs as you and you shouldn t feel so entitled to harass people for simply living their life Therefore I hope Instagram can add and upgrade this function on Threads so that users can see what people close to them are doing and following which would also make it easier for reference The easiest solution here would be at minimum to give us a new tab that says following feed that way you can cycle between the following feed and the main feed Every feature is purposeful allowing for smooth communication without the usual noise
